MAKE PEACE OF MIND YOUR PRIORITY

Growing old doesn’t mean your mental abilities would eventually get reduced. Doesn’t matter how old you are, be it 20 or 50 or 70, keeping your mind healthy from all the negative thoughts should be the most primary and important priority.

Of course you can’t treat your mind with some delicious dish or move around with it in some mall intended to keep it fresh and healthy, isn’t? But learning and experiencing new things is a great way to add a completely new factor to your life. Well new skills help keep your brain healthy and keep it working.

As you are growing, there are a lot of changes that takes place in your body at the same point your life is changing. Sometimes you even suffer from mood swings, these mood signals can be a serious medical condition known as “mood disorder”. The causes of negative mood can include depression, ADHD, bipolar disorders as well as dementia.

People suffer from GAD “Generalized Anxiety Disorder” wherein there is a feeling of apprehension, constant irrational worrying, excessive worrying and anxiety that feels too difficult to control. It is important to relax your mind. Regular practice of relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga, deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation can help reduce stress.

As well as long term sleep deficiency can increase the risk of chronic health problems such as heart disease and diabetes. We all suffer from sleep deprivation which can in turn lead to insomnia, and sleep apnea.

Ever wondered what life would have been if there were no obstacles in life? What if everything turns out to be true?

In that case “Visualization” can be used to relieve stress. It is a technique used by the world’s most successful people, all included visualization in their daily routines. You put yourself in a state, keeping aside your pessimistic thoughts, and manifest whatever you are trying to get in life, reach to the uppermost level of achievement and success using the imagination. It opens up your subconscious into attaining what you really want. Most of us are not aware of how powerful visualizing can be in our lives. Today we only imagine negative and the worst of situation- “Am I worthless and useless”, “What if I lose my job”, “What if I fail”, “would someone ever love me”, etc.  Be optimistic and see how the world changes around you, full of positive vibes and energy.

  3. The two most important things you tried to notice like mood disorder and GAD this are really important to know because many people don't know about these types of problems and just try to neglect them so, it's really important of the people to know about them.
When we talk about thinking postive we need to understand a simple logic behind this that is negative things don't stay long if we try to ignore them basically the thing is that nobody can stop negative things to get into his/her mind but one thing they can do is they can try to ignore thoes things so that a Positive energy can be generated within them.
You wrote about the sleep deficiency that's the thing nowadays youths are basically going through and indeed this is only the cause for thoes negative vibes building around us. So, You also have this problem i guess so, please try to have a good sleep which will help you to think more positive.....☺️

CORONA? THIS TOO SHALL PASS, YOU JUST GOTTA KEEP LIVIN.

We lead a life full of chaos, we need to calm down the chaos in our life, and now that everything has been put on hold, where the entire world has come to a common and mutual halt, we no longer have any kind off control of what’s happening around the world, but we do have the power to adapt to the new circumstances. These times are tough; no doubt, this pandemic has somehow able to lock down our lives. Right now we all are longing to return to normal life, but currently it has been conquered by the pandemic, which has drastically changed our lives from “ mascara ” to “ mask era ”, and it has been looked upon as the “ new norma l”. Everyone is facing their own challenges and anxiety at the moment. Life has radically slowed down, we feel powerless and hopeless, feel nothing more than a motionless stone, which can take a heavy toll on your head. About

HEY HEY, YOU GORGEOUS PEOPLE. My name is Pranjal Chandak. Welcome to my little world. This is my first ever blog spot, where I’ll share all my daily thoughts, ideas, inspirations and much more. As well as record and document all my things, activities and deeds. I currently live in India with my parents, studying BBA. I am not at all a fitness freak as such, nor do I have a perfect figure, but I love to keep myself fit. At the same time I just purely love eating, and of course I can’t work on an empty stomach so have to fetch a snack every time. I too started up with my meditation claiming it would reduce the stress and the anxiety levels. But it didn’t really turn out to be a very magical process, because my mind constantly popped up with different topics every minute, but eventually gained power and control over it. I love to travel as well, and would share anything and everything under the sun that seems to catch my fancy at that time. At a very young age, I wanted to do something bi...

HATRED: ROAD TO SUCCESS?

The truths and facts that people have hatred intuitions towards you is almost every time and always in your head. This is a world full of hatred and coping with it can be difficult at times, causing significant harm. Social media is one such platform for digging in this immense hatred and sense of hopelessness for others.  Doesn’t matter if you are that prominent and renowned guy around the town or not, you have to deal with excruciating hatred and opinions of others.  Passing judgments on people by looking at their social status or social media or materialism are the perfect parameters nowadays. People are almost there every time to criticize, but you know where you belong and what you are. Nothing in life is easy, but what you do to overcome those bunch of obstacles and difficulties, defines you. Instead of giving way to negativity, let the hate and criticism fuel you, use the energy from haters and kick start and work your ass offs with great enthusiasm. Here’s a h...
