We lead a life full of chaos, we need to calm down the chaos
in our life, and now that everything has been put on hold, where the entire
world has come to a common and mutual halt, we no longer have any kind off
control of what’s happening around the world, but we do have the power to adapt
to the new circumstances. These times are tough; no doubt, this pandemic has
somehow able to lock down our lives.
Right now we all are longing to return to normal life, but currently it has been conquered by the pandemic, which has drastically changed our lives from “mascara” to “mask era”, and it has been looked upon as the “new normal”.

Everyone is facing their own challenges and anxiety at the moment. Life has radically slowed down, we feel powerless and hopeless, feel nothing more than a motionless stone, which can take a heavy toll on your head. Months of social distancing, the boredom, home schooling, absence of people around and lack of physical contact can leave you have those intuitions of abandonment all around. You start to see and take things within through a lens of negativity and become more pessimistic in life.

Indeed this is a distressing and uncertain time, but being
inside doesn’t have to mean you have to be lethargic, idle and feel useless all
the time, or resign yourself to feeling isolated.

Some other days you might feel so that the things you previously adored, no longer hold that same delight, which might certainly hang up your mind. Haven’t you already scrolled through your Snapchat, instagram stories, reels and memes 50 times for the past couple of minutes.. isn’t?
The lock-down posed a huge challenge too for all the people by the new work from home culture which has made things more difficult.
Why to stop there guys! Even during this pandemic, take out sometime from the schedule and focus on yourself, for your own well-being, pamper yourself. In those busy chaotic lives, when we probably didn’t have enough time for those little comforts and make the most of it right now! Most importantly, encircle yourself with optimistic minds and positivity. The biggest way could be working out and meditating. Just grab your phone and browse through your favorite latest workout sessions with your favorite rhythm which can help you stay motivated, all done at the touch of a button.
You don’t always have to be a cheerful, merry soul and an eternal ray of sunshine, binge watch your entire favorite series and movies, solve out everything from crosswords to Sudoku puzzles, catch up to reading on kindles and tablets, host virtual parties, watch movies together, interact with people who may uplift your mood and boost happiness. At the same time munch on the best of foods and make time to cook something that you would legit enjoy, how about pizzas, it is never going to abandon, you can always count on it.

I myself started blogging, indeed it wont be easy, it requires a lot of patience and time, but eventually I would learn from my mistakes and do much better. This is the time where passion comes in picture, all you need is to give sometime, because nothing comes to you without putting in the hard work.
As the weeks go on, lots of people have experienced a gamut of
emotions, but sometimes the exhausting situations may provide you the best of
experience, which might change your lives. So this is your chance to figure out
forgotten hobbies or even find a new one, and carry unexecuted tasks forward
which can give you a long break from cynical and unfavorable thoughts.

Exactly when we talk about knowing ourselves i think that this is the best time to do so. People have a perception in their mind that they are getting bored and slowly getting mislead in the obtaining their goal that they set up fir this year but actual thing is that becoming restless is not the solution, the solution is indeed to have the challenges in such a way the people try to learn from u.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with ur thought of doing things like yoga and fitness related, i think so because this would help us to have a healthy mind which is most important in this pandemic.

ReplyDeleteThe topic you have selected for your blog "mental health" is of serious concern . You have put together your thoughts about this and have written well. I totally agree with your thoughts that instead of being restless we should do yoga and other stuffs. You have used good words and the line which mainly caught my attention was "mascara" to "mask era"
ReplyDeleteIt's good

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with each and every word u wrote in the blog...all the best for ur new beginnings.
ReplyDeleteWow, really very nice and catchy points I must say!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with the mask-era theory of yours pranjal but we need to understand that this mask-era is also the result of the maskara that was going on earlier.
ReplyDeleteI also agree with the fact that this pandemic is now putting a heavy toll on us. I too was depressed and confused about what to do and used to spend more than half of my day in social media Or television but now that I have accepted that no matter how much we waste our time we won't be able to make a difference so since I'm a musician I have started to make music covers and youtube videos to entertain people and I really am getting a very good reply back. I think that after doing this I might be able to make a difference staying at home.
I would like to conclude by saying that, nowdays I see people are waiting to do something after this pandemic gets over, bro it's pandemic not winters. I would suggest that dont sit back at home and wait for a perfect moment to do something but take a moment, any moment and make it perfect. It's now or never.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you. During such a pandemic it's really really important for all of us to maintain our mental stability. The anecdotes for the same is right in front of us or I would say in our hands. Yoga , Meditation and Physical fitness will help one grow in each and every possible way.

Great.Keep writing...instead of waiting for the pandemic to end, people should find out ways to keep themselves immuned by regular yoga meditation and proper food habits
